Quick Notes on the future of photography

-Less use of flash. Ambient light photos will become the norm as the sensor and signal processing continues to improve. Higher ISO images still look good. Ambient light photos preserve more of the ambience of a scene. Photos will improve.

-Mirrorless cameras will become the norm. Why will we need them?

-The use of shutters will decrease. The ability of the sensor to regulate exposure time will be perfected for all cameras. Many cameras already don't require the use of physical shutters.

-Lenses will become increasingly compact as more reliance is made on digital software correction for optical distortion including barrel distortion, pincushion distortion, and chromatic aberrations.

-The world will blow up in a fiery blaze.
